Ivan je prošao medijski put od novinara na BBC-u do glavnog urednika i zamjenika predsjednika Uprave RTL-a. Za njega je sadržaj uvijek na prvom mjestu, što je dokazao stvaranjem nekih od najgledanijih i najznačajnijih televizijskih emisija i digitalnih izdanja u Hrvatskoj u zadnjih 15 godina. As a former producer at BBC World Service and deputy CEO of RTL Croatia, Ivan is an expert in news operations, media strategies, digital transformation and market analysis. He always puts content at first place which he has proven by creating some of the Croatia’s most viewed television shows and digital campaigns. He truly believes in the meaning and purpose of an effective online video content, which is why, he as the managing director of Videoclick makes sure we keep creating and adding new value to our clients and their online video brands.

Luka je kreativac koji iza sebe ima brojne video formate za televiziju i online. Počeo je kao televizijski reporter na RTL-u, a zatim se kroz svijet biznisa probio do vlastite produkcije i postprodukcije za online i TV broadcast, čiji su se radovi emitirali na postajama kao što su SKY, CBS, France 24, Bloomberg. Svaki projekt vodi od kreativne razrade do završnih detalja postprodukcije. Kao kreativni direktor Videoclicka zna kako osmisliti i napraviti vrhunski video za svakog klijenta i brand.

With numerous successful online and television formats behind him, Luka is the creative director of Videoclick. He started off as a TV reporter at RTL Croatia and then, through the world of business, made his way and started his own video production company. His work was broadcasted on Sky, CBS, France24, Bloomberg, and other major global channels. He leads the creative projects through all the phases, from distinctive copywriting to the final steps of post-production. His crucial responsibility at Videoclick is to create high quality video content that best suits individual clients and brands.

The youngest member of Videoclick, Martin, was welcomed to the team by sharing the same level of enthusiasm towards the online digital industry. His knowledge of data analytics and international business goes hand in hand with his passion towards video content creation and future technology. His tendency to pay attention to the details makes him successful at searching for digital patterns and discovering the “next big things” in the online digital industry.

Siniša je dugogodišnji snimatelj RTL-a. Vlasnik je produkcijskog studija u kojem su se snimale brojni formati nacionalnih i kabelskih televizija, poput emisije Star Tech - dobitnice dvostruke nagrade HND-a. Siniša je jedan od pokretača prvog i vodećeg podcasta u Hrvatskoj - Podcast inkubatora, koji ima više od 100 tisuća pretplatnika, milijunske preglede i videe koji redovito ulaze na YouTube top trending listu. Upravo je “online” Sinišina najveća strast.

Siniša is an experienced cameraman at RTL Croatia. He is also the owner of a video production studio where he has filmed and produced many award-winning projects, including both TV and online formats. Further on, he is the founding member of the first and most successful YouTube podcast in Croatia – Podcast Inkubator, counting more than 100 thousand subscribers and millions of views. In every sense of the word, “online” is his greatest passion.
